Seven, a layout feature Scrapbook Circle

Hey guys!  I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog today featuring the DIY fringe included in the July Smile More Kit as a part of 1 Product 2 Ways.  The letters are from the July Laugh More add-on.

I inked up one of the DIY fringe with Distress Ink in picked raspberry and an ink blending tool to match my daughter’s glasses.  I also made 2 strips of my own fringe with pattern paper.

I love how the layers of fringe and the tiny flowers that I hand cut kind of echo the florals behind Ellie in the photo.

Stop by the blog for more info and photos, and to see how Tessa used the DIY fringe!

Happy Tuesday!

P. S.  how is my daughter 7 already!  GAH!!!

Zoo, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey there crafty peeps!

Today I have a layout on the Scrapbook Circle blog created using the July Smile More kit.  The alpha is from the July Laugh More add-on.

I finally got around to scrapbooking the zoo trip we took several years ago to our favorite zoo in Waco, TX, the Cameron Park Zoo.  I’m happy to have it done, and ready to go in the album!

The Perfect Day bear sticker is a Shimelle sticker which came in one of the past kits, but I just couldn’t help but put it on this layout…it’s perfect!

I hope you’re having a lovely weekend!

Happy Saturday!

Mini album, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey guys!  I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog today with a mini album share and tips for fussy cutting.

Every month, I take a picture of Ruby in a white onesie and a monthly sticker.  I love to see how babies change and grow in their first year of life.  I wanted to document my baby’s 12 months, so I thought a little mini album would be perfect!  I used the July Smile More kit and the July Laugh More add-on.

Summer, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey friends!

Today, I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog with a Take 2 layout.  I used the June Sunshine Days kit, and I created a layout inspired by another layout from the team…spoiler alert, it’s me!  LOL!  I just loved this layout that I created last month so much, I wanted to recreate it.

My wild child!  LOL!  Journaling says:  This girl here: just putting on a swimsuit fashion show in a Target fitting room!  Love her tons!!!

Happy Monday!

June planner layout, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey friends!

Today, I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog with a planner spread.  We’ve got lots going on this month!  The last day of school, my daughter’s 5th grade graduation, an out of state wedding, and our family vacation.  I’m counting down the days for vacation…can’t wait!

I used the Elle’s Studio vellum embellishments from the June Sunshine Days kit as a part of the 1 product 2 ways post.  Stop by the Scrapbook Circle blog to see how Rebecca used the embellishments!

My baby sister just graduated from college, and of course I had to document it!  As you can see, I am still loving my silhouette!  I have done many circle layouts, using punches, freehand cutting, and metal dies, but I love what the silhouette can do!

Come check out the blog for a tech tip, more photos, and how I created this layout!

Happy Wednesday!

My middle recently sang “How Far I’ll Go,” from Moana, with her friend at the school talent show.  They decided they wanted to sing in the talent show, so they practiced, picked coordinating outfits, and were ready to go!!!

Head over to the Scrapbook Circle blog for more photos and how I made this layout!

Happy Sunday!

Pearl Earrings, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey guys!  I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog today with a DT choice layout using the May Take Note kit!

We got Ruby’s ears pierced recently, and I wanted to document this milestone.  We got her sisters’ ears pierced when they were 4 1/2 months old, and we wanted to do the same for baby girl.  She looks so precious with her little pearl earrings!  I love it!

Trio of cards, featuring Scrapbook Circle

Hey friends!  Today, I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog with a trio of cards.  When I saw the cut file in this month’s Take Note kit, I thought they would make perfect sentiments for handmade cards.

I was really inspired by Kristina Werner, and tried this watercolor technique.  I love how bold and graphic my cards turned out!
