Dana, I sent you an email!
Hey guys! I’m on the Scrapbook Circle blog today as a part of the 1 Product 2 Ways post. Come check out how Jennifer and I used the Pretty Little Studio With All My Heart word die cuts and the April Our Story kit on our projects.
I created a little love mini album, featuring my hubbie and I! (Loving those snapchat filters, lol!)
Stop by the SBC blog for more pics!
Hey guys! I’m officially 37 weeks, and baby girl managed to stay put! Woo hoo!
Today, I have my very first layout for baby girl #3’s album. In all my girls’ albums, I usually start off with an ultrasound layout, and I’m continuing the tradition. For various reasons, I had several ultrasounds during this pregnancy, so I had many pics to choose from!
I just used some supplies that I’ve had in my stash for a while…there’s a bit of Dear Lizzy, some old studio calico, My Mind’s Eye enamel dots, and my favorite Mama Elephant Charmed stamp set. I also used the Crate Paper Little You Girl supplies that I ordered from Butterfly Reflections Ink a while ago when I found out I was having a girl.
I’m so glad I got a chance to make at least one layout before baby girl gets here!
Thanks for stopping by!
P.S. how cute are those Freshly Picked moccasins?! I ordered the light gray pair before I found out the gender of the baby when they had their big sale a while back. I think they’ll be perfect for baby girl though!
Hi Crafty friends!
For my background, I stamped the heart from the MOS Happy Mail stamp set multiple times with Versamark ink onto some watercolor paper, and heat set using clear embossing powder. Then I watercolored over the top using Tim Holtz distress inks.
I stamped the bunny heart image from the MOS Some Bunny stamp set onto some bristol paper using Memento tuxedo black ink. I colored my bunny with cool gray copic markers: C00, C1, C3, and a little pink R20. I colored the heart with red copic markers: R24, R29, R39. I fussy cut the image out, and mounted the bunny to a circle I had die cut out of bristol paper with foam tape.
I stamped my sentiment from the MOS Some Bunny stamp set onto a piece of black card stock, and heat set using white embossing powder. I cut it out creating a fishtail/ribbon detail at one end.
To put my card together, I adhered the water color background. Then I added a piece of black and white washi to ground the image. I added the white die cut circle with the bunny image, then the sentiment. To finish off my card, I added clear sequins and some wink of stella glitter marker on top of the red heart.
I wanted to coordinate the envelope, so I used the heart stamp and the MOS You’ve Got Mail stamp from the Happy Mail stamp set with Memento tuxedo black ink.
That’s it for me friends! I love how bright and colorful my card came out…doesn’t the bunny look so happy?!
